Our families have been friends for years and the littlest member, Baby C, who is all grown up is my god-daughter. We had such a great time late on a Saturday in the park. It wasn’t too hot nor too cold. The boys were so well-behaved and smiled on cue. The boys are really growing into their own. Sweet little C loved my noise-makers and kept coming for them every time I wanted to get her attention. I should have thought of something else to get her to smile. Although, the scene still makes an awesome image. Thank you for a lovely shoot.

I had a lot of fun photographing this awesome family. She is one of my dearest friends from my college days and I have to admit she has got some “dirt” on me :0 We always have such a great time when we get to see each other and always pick up where we left off. Her girls and family are as beautiful and gracious as they come. I can’t get enough of the Christmas red! This was their first formal family images since before they had little ones, I feel so lucky to have been able to be behind the lens. It so doesn’t hurt that my camera loves them!

This is a family I have captured for a few years. They are fun, inspiring and very laid back. They have a quiet style and enjoy being with each other. The day was oh-so-no-perfect weather, after getting a few weeks of 70 degree and sunny days, this seemed dreary, overcast and in the 50′s. But for me, it was a dream. The blanketed sky gave just the perfect marshmellow-y cast. I love shooting in days like these. Yum!

My sister and I took a ride with our kids to Defiance, MO. We hung out near the Katy Bike Trail store. 75 degrees and sunny in November. I was trying out a lens. I don’t think I will be able to give up this one.

It is always awesome to swap some photography with friends. And new friends, at that! We had so much fun capturing these beautiful families this weekend. Absolutely stunning children. We were lucky enough to get two days in the 70′s and sunny here in St. Louis. We took full advantage of it! To family C and F: Thank you for letting me capture you all!
